I gotta say how much I appreciate your support. Any product, no matter how great it's supposed to be, is only as good as the support team behind it. I haven't had too many problems with 1 click but when I have had something not work you guys have been quick at answering my questions and spot on with the solution. Thanks a lot. I recommend the program to all of my friends.  Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the very quick response, I downloaded the pattin-couffin setup37.zipthat you sent me, I opened 1 Click and it worked this time, Although I don't have enough time to try and backup any movies today, If I have any problems I will let you know, Again, I want you to know that I believe that your support team is second to none, I would recommend 1 Click to anyone, And I have, I can't thank you enough,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have updated the firmware and this seems to have solved the problem, I am able to copy DVD's again, I just wanted to say thank you for your quick responses and solutions, I wish that all companies would conduct themselves in such a professional manner in today's age and time, the fact is that they do not give the personal attention you have given my family and again thank you.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the quality of both your product and your automatic updates.
1-Click DVD Copy works perfect everytime, and is always updated automatically to the newest version, without my needing to search for updates. I only wish other software companies operated with this business model. Thanks!

i have over 700 dvds in my collection most of them bought. I have yet to find any movie i could not copy. i dont make movies for others., just for my private collection. i also use any dvd with your program they work great together. thanks for your super program. i will be a loyal customer for a long time.

Can't praise you enough -what might be simple to you - is certainly frightening to PC dummies like me.
Just have to praise the way you handled the DMA problems. The 1Click DVD Copy gives first class copies but my setting made the programme run so slow -now everything is first class. The solution lay in deleting the secondary channel.
Can not thank you enough for the support -tell the boss to treat you to drink for a satisfied customer who will be informing is colleagues friends and family about his experiences.

Excellent product! I downloaded today and immediately was able to make excellent copies. I have been using (attempting to use!) another product for 2 weeks without any real success. Picture quality is excellent, but more of a surprise is the quality of the audio! First class! Money well spent and I will certainly be recommending to others. I bought the product based on the reviews of various magazines: they were right!

I just can't believe that absolutely FANTASTIC Customer Service such as this is still available any more. It was such a nice surprise to be able to reinstall my LG Software again without a problem, and so quickly.
